TYPING, AUDIO & COPY

  • I am RSA & Pitman qualified with a typing speed of 65wpm.

    I can also transcribe dictation from Whatsapp voice notes, perfect for people ‘on the go’.

    I understand the importance of company branding and ensuring that all correspondence is word perfect & neatly presented.

    I take great pleasure in the quality of work that I produce.

INVOICING & DEBT COLLECTION

  • This service is provided if you need help to manage invoicing and debt collection.

    I understand the importance of client relationships and you will be able to pass invoicing and debt collection to me and have the peace of mind that invoices will be paid and ultimately reduce the number of your debtors.

COMPLEX DIARY MANAGEMENT

  • I can take the stress out of day to day organising to manage your diary to include meetings, travel, personal appointments etc.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATION

  • Do you have a company database that needs updating / daily management, weekly reports emailed etc.? This can be handed over and you can be rest assured it will be done.

HR ADMINISTRATION

  • I am CIPD qualified and worked as an HR Manager for 13 years from 2008-2021 and can assist you or your company with the following:

CONSTRUCTION SPECIFIC TRAINING & ADMIN

  • Having solely managed the training for a Construction Company for 14 years, I have extensive knowledge of the following:

    - CSCS Cards
    - CPCS
    - NVQs
    - Apprenticeships
    - SMSTS / SSSTS
    - General management courses
    - Asbestos Awareness & yearly renewals
    - HOT Works, Manual Handling etc.
    - Pre-employment training requirements

    This training ties in with the CITB Grant recovery which is a service that I can also provide – see tab.

GENERAL ADMIN

  • This could be anything from email management, staff expenses, electronic filing organisation to creating and management of spreadsheets.

    If you need help with anything that does not fall within the other services provided, please get in touch to discuss further.

LIFESTYLE ADMINISTRATION

  • I can assist with anything that would make your life easier & less stressful to support you to achieve a better work/life balance.

    Some examples would be:-

    - Diary Management
    - Event Coordination
    - Travel & Accommodation
    - Arranging gifts
    - Looking after household bills

TRAINING COORDINATION

  • Arranging any course from start to finish, this could be a single employee signing up for an NVQ to an in-house training session for 50 people at a suitable venue.

    A brief summary of what this could involve for you:

    - Sourcing training provider
    - Pre-Qualification questionnaires for new providers
    - Sourcing training rooms
    - Email Joining Instructions, send calendar invite & assist with travel arrangements
    - Training certificate management
    - Managing training feedback surveys
    - CITB Grant recovery (where applicable)

CITB GRANT RECOVERY

  • I understand the CITB grant scheme and if you pay Levy, I can help you or your business benefit from this training grant and this could include:

    - General training grant
    - Skills & Funding
    - Apprenticeship Levy
    - Degree Apprenticeship Levy

    I can work with you to look at the training that you provide and advise on what can be reimbursed and how much.

    I can then claim this back for you.

PROJECT WORK

  • This could be any project related administration task that requires an extra ‘pair of hands’. An example could be a new online portal and someone is required to collate the data.

EVENT COORDINATION

  • I have a good knowledge of Central London, Kent and potential venues for that special occasion whether it would be a Staff Party, Corporate Golf Day or a series of lunches with Clients.

    I would take away the stress of managing the whole event; ensuring all attendees confirmed their attendance.

    I also understand branding is important for business and in some instances, I would suggest a company branded visual aid is emailed out aswell and this is something I could create for you.

Pay as you go:

£30 per hour

Pay as You Go hours depend on availability and will be charged at £30 per hour.

There is a minimum charge of 2 hours per PAYG booking.

Retainers:

Starting at £150 for 5 hours

Purchase a set amount of hours every month to benefit from a discounted rate. All retainer packages are paid for in advance to secure my time.

The retainer packages are charged at a minimum 5 hours per month and will be dependent on the task(s) required.

Express rate:

From £35 per hour

The Express Rate is for any task that needs to be completed within a short space of time.

The rate will depend on the task, the time required and my availability.

Prices start from £35.00 per hour.
